I am a 200 hr Registered Vinyasa Yoga Teacher - through Yoga Alliance.
I customize in-home private and semi-private sessions to fit individual needs, experience and level. I also offer online classes through Zoom.
My holistic yoga sessions are a great way for beginners to learn individual poses with proper alignment, reduce stress and improve focus through Pranayama and Meditation. I will help you set up a flow that can enhance and improve your practice.
For intermediate and advanced levels, I can help you take your practice further by mastering difficult poses.
Sessions focus on Breathing Exercises (Meditation and Pranayama), Vinyasa Flow Yoga and incorporate themes and insights on philosophy of Yoga. You can learn more about my Yoga Themes Here.
